Im guessing Pixie fell in a lake, drowned, and died. That explains the sympathie towards Jack. Do you know Toothania's origin? She sufferd alot.

The black ooz isn't a lake (lol it actually kinda is a lake) but its my representation of where the nightmares originate. Pixie has no memories, she was just "born" from the darkness.
But yes I do know Tooth's story, and while she did suffer a bit, at least she had parents and friends and other joys that Pix has never experienced. That's why Pixie is so bitter towards her past. She doesn't have one.

Pixie never died, she never lived. She is an independent Fearling capable of thoughts and emotions. That's why she's distanced herself from the nightmares for over 440 years. She's trying to be more than what she knows she is.

Interesting, I had no idea. You might want to write that fact in the comic, your picture is fantastic, but somewhat misleading.

Hmm, interesting character development. Pix seems rather bitter, and understandably so. So, are the other counterparts going to have the same origin, or are there more like Pitch, who had an existence before the darkness?

There's one other who is from the darkness, but I'll leave speculation of that to you. I'm trying to limit my number of comment spoilers.
