omggg this picture...your character are absolutely gorgeous!! 
I love your style so much! I love how you put such detailed streaks in her hair and into each strand making it more realistic (and soft! *o*), and those browns go perfectly with one another! The simplified background is very nice and goes well with the character, and doesn't clash (like a puzzle piece!) Her tattoo design is adorable! (though the area it's in may have been painful to get done 
I'm very sorry to say, but her cleavage area does look a bit off >,< but other than that i think the picture looks absolutely fantastic and adorable!

the only prob i really see in this pic is the chest area...the boobs..to me....seem to have more clevige then it should..and the right arm is a bit to long...i can see a knee in the pic and the arm and hand is sapposed to be about 2 inches away from the knee i belive....buuuut im not to well at anatomy yets..sooo....ignore me xDDD but no doubt you are getting better ,i also really adore the hair.
