I got Mario Artist on my computer via Project64! It was pretty hard to set up the Nintendo 64 disk-drive and mouse settings, but I figured it out and drew ME-tan. The program I used is called Mario Artist Paint Studio, which was sort of a sequel to Mario Paint released on the short-lived japanese only Nintendo 64 Disk-Drive, which was a Nintendo 64 peripheral that took floppy disks. If you're able to set it up, I recommend you check it out
