The Shy and the Angry: Prologue

[Y/N] walked through the hallways of Shield’s secret base. She was one of the higher ranking officers as well as one of Director Fury’s most trusted agents. Her eyes scanned her surroundings quickly as she entered the main room. Director Fury was speaking with Hawkeye. She stood beside Director Fury ‘at ease’ and waited for him to finish speaking.
All attention was drawn to the Tesseract as it spiked in the radiation readings. With a burst of light that blinded everyone temporarily, a man in strange armor was kneeling in front of the blue cube facing outward. He was holding a strange silver scepter.

He looked up and [y/n] narrowed her eyes placing her hand on her high powered pistol. The man shot at the agents with machine guns aimed at him and she fired at him in the same instance after seeing the wicked grin on his pale face. Battle consumed her mind and she flew on autopilot.

~Time skip~

[y/n] stood beside Director Fury with Phil Coulson as Loki drove away with the doctor and hawkeye under his control and with the Tesseract in their possession. “Sir. What are your orders?” She spoke breathlessly.”
He spoke still looking at the receding vehicle. “Assemble the avengers.”
