Absolutely fantastic. You nailed the look of the character(s) perfectly, successfully capturing it in your own style, as well as capturing the moody atmosphere of Death City just as greatly. I've been meaning to start watching this anime. Is it any good? Like... is gory or is it just a typical anime with bloopers and such?

Β It's kinda one of my favourites.Β It stands out with the music and style. The setting is cool and interesting as are some characters,not to mention the fight scenes.

Personally, I think it's just okay. And it isn't really gory although there are some mildly disturbing scenes. There are plenty of comedy but not so much that it becomes too retarded, rather it's part of the anime's charm. You might want to slap the protagonist in various parts of series though. What I think is really the highlight of the whole thing are the fight scenes. Story-wise, it's not really epic but it was enough to keep me watching. In short, I really enjoyed it. And you should watch it. However, it really depends on your taste if you'll enjoy it as much as I did.
