I never thought I would actually make a base, let alone a Pokemon one. XD I don't think it's very good considering my forte is with Photoshop not MS Paint. But hey, it's a great way to pass the time.If you want to use it please note me or comment this pic, and if you do use it link back to it please. Thanks!
EDIT:
I changed it slightly so that it included shiny Eevee colors (taken directly from an official Eevee sprite) if anyone wanted those.

Hope you don't mind I kind of changed the gender into a boy instead of a girl [if not I can take it down] but I kind of changed it into a boy since tbh [cause it's only a headshot-like base so I kind of figured, it could be any gender as you can't really tell the gender unless you make them look really girly or boyie but that's my opinion]
