Don't put yourself down - this is a great pic! The only thing it really needs is a killer background - them sitting by a river or something.
They look about twelve/thirteen in your picture and there's nothing wrong with that. It makes a change from all the art of them as older teenagers. You've drawn Cartman, pretty much, as I immagine him at this age - with growth-spurts sucking off some of his fat, making him appear just chubby.
I especially like the way you've got the boys dressed. It's like, even in the summer they still have to wear some of their winter things - given how cold and crappy South Parks is.
