Dark chocolate cups:Small balloon dipped in tempered dark chocolate, then flash frozen and balloon removed.
Chocolate hazelnut mousse:
Hazelnut custard folded into ganache based chocolate mousse, then piped into the chocolate cup
Decorated with chocolate cigarette and fresh fruit.
