Description
A gift to my dear, gifted friend and co-comic book writer Talitha Nonveillor (Talnon). This is Fawn, the main protagonist from her fantasy adventure series 'The DeerFlame Legacy.' With 18 issues already under her belt, Talnon holds the title for longest running current comic book series in Australia. She honoured me recently with a picture of Terinu on the back of her latest issue. (A fantastic and totally unexpected surprise... thanks Tal!
) Here I aim to return the favour.Issues of DeerFlame are very rare due to limited print runs, but if you ever get the oppotunity to read one do so. It is an excellent, beautifully drawn (in Tal's own unique style) story which really will suck you right in.

Fawn isn't actually an elf. She's a member of one of the hundreds of unique, colourful races that inhabit Talitha's comic book world. And I've drawn her ears the same shape as she does. My own style of elf ears are smaller and point more towards the back.

Hi Nemutai, thanks for the comment. Talnon is well known amongst the comic community in Australia. She is also, would you believe, a qualified Astro Physicist (I can't even spell it *grin*) popular in university lecture circuits and good friends with Amanda Tapping (Stargate). She has been producing her series for over eight years. I felt particularly honoured as this is the first time she has featured someone elses character in her publications.
