Nice Job on the spots, nose, and eyes. But remember to watch the proportions though this piece is very well done. Make sure to use ton of references when you have a specific subject, the best way to make sure parts are out of proportions is to crop your reference and then crop your paper so that when you see an error you can easily see and fix it. Also work on your value scale use different types of ,methods to give your piece depth such as stippling or cross-hatching. There are many types find the one that best suits you! OH another thing when starting out a piece try using shapes to create your subject because it allows better shaping so that there are few errors or helps with proportions also make the piece unique by doing multimedia unless you are going for a specific view then use different tools that are in that area like pencils if you want to use just pencils find different types there are many and are ready to be used at your disposal e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/sā€¦ " width="15" height="15" alt="" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=" (Smile)"/>. Just remember this practice makes perfect laugh at your mistakes, learn from your mistakes, and keep trying never ever give up.

Everyone is Unique in their own way!

I want to thank you, that you took the time to write this great critique! I appreciate the effort and Im happy that you like my artworks!

I must say this was one of my daily sketches and if I think back I remember I didnt take much time to do this and it turned out rather sloppy. I know I could do it better... but this is the purpose of my daily sketches: to get better sketches done in less time

thank you for tips you gave me. Im ashamed to admit that I use just one HB pencil to do the entire sketch. Your recommendation to use more different medias or other things is really great. I must push me to try it out, its the first time for me so Im a little hesitant. I dont know what to use ~

I will try to use your advice! Thank you very much!
