I havn't uploaded it a long time because i have been procrastinating...well...Oni-con 2010 iz right around the corner! I'm cosplaying as Belarus lol.I got into America/Belarus (Axis Powers Hetalia) because they seem cute together! I'm no good with fanart because it usually doesn't come out right...I mostly draw my OCz
I did thiz with Water color pencil soft pastelz on water color paper.
