Description
So, I was sat in my living room with the yellow artificial light from the room light and the pink-red light from the closed curtain and I thought it would be pretty neat to try exaggerating it. Little did I know, that meant tackling two light sources AND reflected light while also juggling colour. It was super fun and took hours and I'm a lot more happy with it than I thought I was going to be. c:Skin and colour are some of my favourite things to draw so this was super fun!

this is just... wow... in a good way! Hands are very hard for me (and for many others) to draw so when I stumble upon things like this I just have to comment.

I used to draw characters with their hands behind them or in their pockets until I did a project on shadow puppets in college. I drew a lot of hands! They really are complex and interesting to draw. My biggest mistake was shying away from them. If you struggle with something, tackle it head on!

and yea, shying away from things will never help. I think that even my worst drawings are good because I've tried something new in them, and the next time will be batterΒ
