Friar Oracle bio:
Friar Oracle appeared during the time when the three tribes didn't get along. When he was younger, he noticed Dawnlight and Midnight Spirit getting along with each other and falling in love over the years. So he wrote about this in a journal and he believed that the two ponies would unite the three tribes. When the three tribes began to live in Equestria, Friar Oracle officiated the marriage between Midnight Spirit and Dawnlight when they were crowned as the first rulers of Equestria. His descendent is a stallion named Priest Justice.

(Friar Oracle makes his first appearance in my story 'Tale of Two Alicorns'. Ocs belongs to me while My Little Pony belongs to Hasbro. Please don't take it and claim it as your own.)
