Flutters was born with only one wing witch she lost when she was younger after she was attacked by a Bear (thats when she started to have a fear against Wild Animals) when she got older her giant back scar was replaced with a metal wing as reminding that she has Pegasus blood in her after her Family did not want to exept her as Earth Pony

Job: Professor on a Magic Shool (after beeing crowned as Princess of Friendship Twilight gave that place away since she couldn't get along with her new wings or the fact that she was a princess now she insteadly rules Equestria togheter with her Friends /Mane 5/ now where no one is royal or anything like that)
