I'm putting together a joint art auction on Gaia with a cel-shade theme. This will be my theme pic of my avatar, Sera. It's still in the recruit stages right now, I'll update with a link to the auction once it starts up.I have a love-hate relationship with Sera's hair right now. Curls take so much longer to paint! D:

A few of the brush and grain textures are settings I stole from other SAI artists on dA, especially the stripey bg and smoke. The rest of the textures and effects are just a result of me messing around in SAI and PS like a dork.
