Years ago, a Dr Limberstein took organic beings from all over the world and combined them with inorganic items in hope to make a discovery of great enough power to bring upon a new era of science, either with respect or force. He found that, for some odd reason, organics fit better with only one inorganic than with the others. Rocket Pand was one of those matches. With the enhanced claws of a panda and the destructive power of a missile for an arm, Rocket Pand seemed to be one of the best experiments yet. However, what Dr Limberstein did not know was that when creating Rocket Pand, some of his intelligence seemed to be put into his new creation. It wasn't too much intelligence, but enough so that Rocket Pand gained the ability to speak and think, the knowledge of how destructive it is and what the scientist would do with it, and the feeling that it wasn't to happy with its purpose. And, with that knowledge, it flew off into the air and away from Dr Limberstein. It took refuge in Bamboo Forest, its original home country, where it stayed in seclusion until it found out about the Outcasters and decided to join in hopes of being able to use its destructive power for good.
Attacks:
Attack 1- Panda Claw - Swipe Rocket Pand's claws through enemies, 50 percent of the time give them the bleed effect
Attack 2- Rocket Shot - Fire a rocket that will explode if it doesn't hit an enemy first.
Attack 3- Blast Off! - Fly through the air using your special jetpack

Special- Monochrome Missile - While flying, hold Attack 2 to shoot forward and press Attack 1 to spin around an enemy while scratching it! It no enemy is close enough, Rocket Pand will Spin around and launch homing missiles in all directions

Back when the people of Sepiabury were experimenting to allow the dead to move back to their home lands to be buried, they found a shining stone and used it to forge a mystical bell. But when they first rang the bell, a beam connected the bell and the corpse, the bell then gained sentience and the cadaver came back to life, but with a bizarre side effect, her head was turned into an ostrich cranium. Now they wander Outlands and save people, if only they weren't scared of the two. When Master Onus spotted the two saving Siren's Strand from evil sirens, he happily invited them to the Outcasters.

Attack 1- Bell Blast- Ringer fires a Blast of sound in front of you
Attack 2- Cadaver Charge- Hopstoch rushes at enemies at Ringer's command
Attack 3- Zombie Hop- Hopscotch jumps into the air and creates a shockwave when she lands

Special- Wakey Wakey! - Call upon many people from the underground that will attack nearby enemies

Biography:
Racoo-Long was a once normal Tanuki who too live in Sepiabury home to Hopscotch. When the racoon investigated the well known Dragon Temple, she stumbled across a bizarre altar, which led her into a portal between space and time. Out of curiosity she hopped in the portal, but before she could glance her eyes on the illusions and colours inside the portal she passed out. When she woke up, she found herself still in the temple, the ancient dragon had granted her his power. But this power came with bizarre side effects, which caused her previous form to be fused with the dragon form. Knowing these new godly powers could be used for good, she joined in The Outcasters
and fought alongside them!
Attacks:
Attack 1- Dragon Swipe - Coil and swipe enemies with your flaming claws, usually this effects enemies with "Burn"
Attack 2- Boy Your Breath Stinks! - Shoot a stream of fire from your mouth to stun and burn enemies
Attack 3- Shapeshift Fanatic - Shapeshift into various animals, the shapeshift only lasts 30 seconds (If you want to end the section press the Attack 3 button)(Transformations only have 2 attacks)
Transformations:
- Snake (Attack 1- Snake Bite - Bite enemies with your huge fangs, Attack 2- Nasty Sssssuprise - Turn invisible for 5 seconds in order to sneak up on enemies)
- Frog (Attack 1- Tongue Punch - Punch enemies with your extendable tongue, Attack 2- BOOOOING! - Jump up into the air to attack enemies by surprise or successfully run away)
- Cat (Attack 1- Claw Scratch - Scratch enemies with small kitty claws, Attack 2- Fire Hairball - Spit out a fiery hairball that will explode on contact)

Special- Cloudy With A Chance Of Fireballs - Summon many fireballs that will rain down from the sky and kill enemies
