The Most Powerful Warrior in Universe !Promotional material in Dragon Ball Heroes references Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Broly is able to defeat Super Saiyan 4 Goku (End GT), Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta (End GT), Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks Adult (End GT) and also, Broly easily fights at the same time Super Saiyan 4 Goku, Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta, 2 Super Saiyan 3 heroes and Super Pikkon Kaioshin.
In Dragon Ball Heroes, Legendary Super Saiyan 4 Broly manages to defeat Eis Shenron, Nuova Shenron, Rage Shenron and Super Saiyan 4 Goku and Vegeta with only a few blows, and is completely unharmed following his fights with them.

They also say that maybe Omega Shenron has become even more Powerful in Dragon Ball Heroes when the Manga Dragon Ball Heroes Victory Mission he was gathering more energy in some kind of tube and then in one of the Dragon Ball Heroes game Promos SSJ4 Goku(End GT) and SSJ4 Vegeta(End GT) already fused into Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta to fight Syn Shenron (which is weaker than Omega Shenron), so there is a chance that DB Heroes Omega Shenron is more Powerful than he was in Dragon Ball GT and might now be at SSJ4 Gogeta's and LSSJ4 Broly's Level or Stronger.

I have seen Dragon Ball GT and just haven't read the Dragon Ball Heroes Manga or seen the promo, SSJ4 Goku and SSJ4 Vegeta wouldn't Fuse into SSJ4 Gogeta to fight Syn Shenron unless he is a lot Stronger than them (so he might now be as Strong or Stronger than GT Omega Shenron), now imagine how much stronger the DBH Syn Shenron can become once he absorbs the Dragon Balls to Become DBH Omega Shenron, in my view he might ascend to Gogeta's level and I doubt even Gogeta can hold could hold off against the New & Improved Omega Shenron and Legendary SSJ4 Broly (with his Auto Power Increase) at ounce under 10 Minutes.

Well in GT, Goku SSJ4 is blind because of Ice Shenron, he then confronts Syn Shenron being blind.
Syn Shenron dominates, but when SSJ4 Goku find the saw, SSJ4 Goku surpasses Syn Shenron. So he decides to absorb the Dragon Ball to become Omega Shenron.
From that moment, Omega Shenron is stronger than SSJ4 Goku, but Goku manages to stand up to him.
SSJ4 Vegeta joined the fight, and the two exchanges several times in combat with Omega Shenron.
Goku (SSJ4 no) deflects the ultimate technique of Omega Shenron with bare hands..

Yes Omega Shenron is more stronger in DBHeroes ! But the gap is still too large, basic, if you've seen the GT, Omega Shenron is not so powerful, SSJ4 Goku confronts it and the fight is tight, and SSJ4 Goku and SSJ4 Vegeta don't fight Omega Shenron at the same time, just sometimes, quickly.
SSJ4 Gogeta and LSSJ4 Broly are stronger !
