No. Namekian are peacfull people and are weak (except a few of them).
Hit is an legendary assassin who can manipulate time, travel the universe. Nothing to see with Namekian specie.
We don't know his species, all we know is that it is over 1000 years old and nobody except Goku survive after see him.

And for Arale i think yes easly, Hit can stop the time, can protect itself in its own dimension where no one can go, so Arale wouldn't see anything coming and would die.

I love One Man Punch Manga, but personally i think Saitama is much weaker than what many people think.
He never showed anything that is like the level of Goku at the moment. Boros was the stronges threat and he's not stronger than Cell or Majin Buu. For me Teen Gohan SSJ2 is stronger than Saitama.
So for me Goku >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Saitama anyway.

I think that Saitama is slightly above Frieza. Not golden, just Frieza Saga Frieza.
Saitama CAN destroy a planet. But he can't do anything against Cell or Buu.

Oui je sais, je me suis dit la même chose pour l'expression de son visage après l'avoir terminé, mais bon il a publié que 2-3 image ou l'on voit pas du tout le personnage dans son ensemble donc j'ai essayer de respecter le plus possible la morphologie du personnage
J'attendrais qu'il publie une image plus complète (en espérant qu'il le fasse !)

Et oui j'ai deja vu ton piccolo avec ses transformation, j'adore et je penser surement en utiliser pour mon futur fan manga
histoire que Piccolo est un bon power up et qu'il rattrape son retard sur Sangoku, Vegeta, Sangohan, etc ^^
