Update: Gave them their missing boots.The Pie sisters, Pinkie and Maud, in their combat armor, lifted from the Season 5 Finale, The Cutie Remark. In this timeline, King Sombra and the Crystal Empire have invaded Equestria, and many of the characters have become resistance fighters against the invasion.

I was wondering... Is every earth pony is like them? I mean in defending the enemy way, by rocks, or Maud and Pinkie are the only ones that have rocks as a weapon?

I think that the Pie sisters are a special unit because their talent pertains specifically to rocks. Like, Applejack's an earth pony too, but you don't expect her to be able to earthbend. Pretty sure we saw some earth pony foot soldiers who weren't decked out in Demolition Crew brown.

Rocks are one of the oldest possible weapons to ever exist... Do not underestimate their ability to cause damage because if you throw it hard enough you can kill a person or in this case a pony and they have been proven to have more impact than a bullet from a gun if they go at the same speed as one. So my guess is no they are not the only ones...
