Meline evolves from female Febbit. It still lives with its mother at this stage but ventures out of the mountains to scavage for food. They dont take kindly to strangers and will attack if taunted. They use their newly split tails to propel themselves in the water. Meline's body temperature drops from it's pre-evolution and sometimes leaves behind trails of ice where it walks.

and I find it kinda funny how an ice/water pokΓ©mon level up at a volcano while
the fire/fight level up at the snow cap hehe xD

yeah they travel with their parents to opposite habitats to evolve in the spring then they meet at the foot of the mountain to breed. then once the eggs hatch they take the genders back to their rightful habitats >u>
