Description
Changed the glaceon sprite's colors a little and made it extremely translucent. going to add another animated gif of her sprite on a pokemon battle field so you can see her translucency.Original pasta here
the fun part about this is if you put this in a thumb on a journal skin you will also see her translucency.

i've stated why she doesnt melt all the way in the original picture as directed to in the description. i think i further explained it in the comments

I tried the thing where you hold a dev over something, yet it's not showin as trasparent

i dont think dragging the deviation would work. i'll get one of my friends who has a journal skin up to put it in their journal and see if it works then. it should be translucent though.
