To begin with, this was actually a black and white photo.I used some special little techniques (by hand of course)
to turn it to color.

i love the contrast in the red sign and the yellow umbrella! just beautiful....i may have been tempted to leave the rest of the picture black and white and only colour those two objects but i think the full colour works aswell....and you did a remarkable job colouring it by hand...mine never turn out quite right but this is wonderful!
