This was supposed to be a quick doodle for a bit of stress relief but it ended up taking around 25 hours :'D
(I hand painted every crystal on the necklaces like a fool SUCH A GOOD IDEA)
I've literally been working on assignments/studying non-stop for the past 3 weeks, and it's likely it'll be that way for the next 2 months so i'm feeling tired and depressed as hell. But hopefully i'll be able to pass all my courses? ;____; university sucks
on a lighter note, I was thinking of using Alicia Keys'Β 'Girl On Fire' as the title XD THIS. GIRL. IS ON FIYAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

yes I have! to be honest I didn't love it as much as Light it up, but there are a few songs on there like Blame Me and Absolution that I adore ;w; I wish there were more bands who played this kind of music ahhh so sick of hearing pop music on the radio all day =A=

I did, I loved it even more, actually. They are so good~ Absolution and House On A Hill were my favourites, undoubtedly. There are really good bands out there, you just need to look a little further, hihihi. I personally really like Dead Sara, Halestorm, Sandmarx and Sandra Szabo's work outside of her band as well. I have tons of recent artists I like, even if I prefer the older ones~

ohh I see! i'm more into punk/emo stuff, and obviously since the trend's over, there aren't a lot of bands who play that kind of stuff anymore but thankyou for the suggestions! i'll go and have a listen to them (ALSO yess Halestorm!Β Lizzy Hale has an awesome voice -v-

HAHA ahh I regret spending so much time on the crystals ;; but at least I learned it's a pain in the ass and there's no way i'll paint them by hand next time T____T

My first thought as I saw this drawing was: "Oh my Gosh, finally someone drawing a girl suffering from spontaneous self ignition (well i only know the german word, so idk if this really is english
Yeah... i don't really think that this is what this drawing is supposed to say, but as always, i really like your style, the face is just awesome and has that typical shiny nose and those nice eyes :3 the expression is something like looking down on someone and it really is something different from the more nice looking girls you have drawn the last 2 or 3 times, idk.
and pretty nice work with those necklaces, seems like it was a big pain in the ass, but they really give this drawing something cool :3

25 hours? wow but this totally worth it! amazing work as always!! her face and hair are outstanding especially how detail the eyes are! The way she looks at you is just amazing like she's alive!!
