I made this back in later April and early May when I was feeling a bit depressed. It was entirely created from scratch in Photoshop 6 with no source materials except for basic Windows fonts and my photo. The original image that I will offer for print was created at 2304x1728px. on a technical side note, i think the text on the wallpaper could have been blurred a little as the typo is too clean for something written on a newspaper. i guess you see what i mean...
finaly, this is an excellent work you did here !!!

This just popped up on my DevWatch, strangely.
I read pretty much everything and I must say the way you convey the content of the text fits with your imagery. The solid, exact journalism language fits with your clearly defined design style. Without wanting to sound insulting I'd define it as "dry". Dry in a sense that your images look extremely "clean". Gah, I hope you understand what I am trying to say, as it is hard to describe. Either way it's supposed to sound positive. What I don't like is the blood - if it is indeed meant to look like blood - as it does not really look like blood would on thin, absorbing newspaper.
Overall it's still good work, with 'real' texts making it much more intriguing than if you had used random newspaper articles.
