Very striking face on your wolf! I love the realism in the fur and the markings of the face. You've gotten it spot on.
The torso seems a tad short though...there isn't quite enough room in that torso to house a heart, lungs, ribcage, stomach, intestines, pelvis bone, reproductive organs, kidney and speen, and whatever else goes in there...oh yeah..bladder and uterus. On me, it's mostly bladder and uterus, judging by how much I have to....ok...that'd be TMI.
Seriously though, somtimes it helps when designing creatures to think about what goes inside.
Also, her calves (lower legs) are a tad too small for having to hold herself up. Most of the weight is born by the thighs...and you've rendered those very well...but the calves gotta do a lot of work as well. She needs slightly larger calves.
Other than that, striking picture!! I love the color choices. This one really stood out to me.

Thanks! Hehe, I was about ready to say Shut up! after you listed all the organ, but it can help. I admit this is not my best and the torso does bother me a tad. But I am having difficulties drawing lately. <.> I think its looks shorter because of the extra wiegh, considering my back fat touch my hips. 
I know that sounds like "Thats my style" but it is. I generally try to make them more dog like. To me, having the all part of the leg equal in length is rather irritating. But I am still working on it.

Thats because my gut is hanging. XD
But I try not to make the tail or legs too long in were form. To me it looks odd an unsteady. Plus if the tail is too long it looks like a cross with a cat.

Awww. Great picture, very cute. I just love your wolf and how you colored her. Her legs look kind of short though. Oh, and its really cool how you didn't try to make her look like some air-brushed model. It makes it more realistic. ^_^
