Description This was done from a photograph in the book Wildlife Painting Basics Wolves, Foxes, and Coyotes by Jan Martin McGuire.

Recently I have been noticing that my wolves are straying abit in anatomy, and I love the look of real wolves. Trying to train myself back into the proper anatomy of the wolf. This is just one of my doodle that I love and felt like posting.

beeeeeeeeeautiful! his chops are a little off though, you may want to rework his snout a bit. he looks like a very sad, old wolf--I really like it!

Yeah, I noticed the muzzle was off after I finished. I refuse to go back and tough things up once I sign it though. But its good to know for future reference.

really nice.

But aren't the eyes a bit too close to each other?......

I don't think so... ? Usually the eyes are about the same distance appart as the width of the nose.
