Description

I thought it was a good time to paint the next cat in my series of cat paintings, and since my last one was Kai, it seemed only fair to paint his twin sister, Keiko. I've been trying to put more thought into the lighting recently, and I think I've improved a bit. Though some parts of the background are a bit askew, and maybe I should've done the light yellow on the walls first instead of last, because of the bleeding. But besides that, I'm pretty happy with this. She's very shiny and has that sort of vibrant presence I love in my colored pencil art but have sort of been struggling to do with my watercolor art. I'm also getting much faster, so I'm happy about that too.
