Why do I love sketches so much more than most finished work I produce?There is just something about the rawness and simplicity of them I dunno, I'm a weirdo.. XD

Eeeh possibly! I can understand your point! I kind of enjoyΒ Escada using both a holder and also not though, she's elegant at times since she's a dancer so I can see her using a holder when she's dressed up or where more people will see her, and then just being more casual in her down time without a holder. omg I totally know how you feel. For me, everything after the sketch is like, TOO REFINED?? like it loses the initial feeling of creation, like sketching is creation and everything after that is refinement - all the emotion and loseness is gone :S

I totally agree with this!! It looses the character that a sketch has...and like, I feel when I sketch I can see the potential a piece has and then...I'm chasing that and with my current skills I can't always get it to look like I want it to in my head so part of me just likes leaving things at the sketch stage because of that. XD Glad you understand! hehe
