This is done in WaterColor on water color paper with White Acrylic bits and a few metallic gel pens for some bling.

I suprise me sometimes. I've only recently gotten into water color as you can see, I only have two other pieces in my DA here and, well there's only one more piece I've ever done in water color and it was of a swan when I was 10...so yeah. It's been a while.

Took about 2 hours to draw, erase, re-draw
Took about 5 hours to paint, white out, re-paint.

This is for Amethyst over at Eden-Enchated DOT com. It's her mascot of sorts. She said things the likes are butterflies, tigers, the color purple...you see where I'm going with this?

So yeah, I painted her a perty picture, one that I'm quite proud of and one I hope she'll enjoy forever and always since I sent her the original piece through the mail.
