You gave a nervous sigh, this was your first day at your job. All you had to do was direct customers at empty tables. Easy enough.

As the first group of customers came in, you remembered the word of your boss, 'Remember, we want the diners to feel welcome. Smile to them' So, with more confidence, you smiled your most sincere and warmest smile. Some costumers smiled back.

While looking around the room, you caught a pair of eyes. He had deep blue eyes, wavy blonde hair that reached his shoulders, and a stubble. In all, you found him quite attractive. You gave him a slight tilt of your head and a questioning look. The man just chuckled and took a sip of his wine. You would catch him looking at you, from time to time. Then, finally, he gestured for you to come closer. Feeling only slightly alarmed, you walked towards him.

When you were close enough, he took your hand and kissed your knuckles, which were just a bit tickled by his stubble.

" Bonjour mon cheri.", He said, you noticed, with a French accent, " My name is Francis Bonnefoy, and you are..?"

Still blushing, and wondering why he wanted to talk to you, you spoke quietly, "(n-name). Can I help you, Mister Francis?"

"(name)? That's a lovely name, fitting for a belle fille, such as yourself," You blushed some more,

"and oui, you may help me. I just wanted to ask you, how much do I owe you for your smile?"

In a laughing rush, you told him, "Nothing."

Francis smiled at your response.

"Well in that case, may I have another?"

You complied with a helpless blush.

"Ahh, merci." After kissing your hand again, began to get up and walked to the door. But before he walked out, he glanced back at you. You had followed him, and was back to your place by the door.

You waved bye to him, he waved back.

"I'll see you again, mon cheri." and with that, he was gone.

With a sigh, you returned to your job. For the rest of the evening, only one thing was on your mind. Your next meeting with Francis Bonnefoy.
