Description

It's been a while since I've drawn any kobolds. Mainly I wanted to update their looks since I have a better idea for their characters now compared to before. So here's a WIP for Tess, an Oath of Redemption paladin.

Now some random thoughts.

A lot of the previous designs within the Kobold Party were kinda strange and my redesigns are hoping to keep their spirit, but improve them overall to my liking. Especially so since I've thought about their story a little more than before. I liked the concept of Tess before, a previously savage and wild kobold who became a Redemption Paladin to atone for her evil deeds after being taken in by another paladin. She's covered in scars (being a flagellant) which wasn't really well shown before. I liked the idea of white armor with the red strings to tie her in with Ilmater but I think her previous incorporation didn't really make any sense as armour. Either way, it's still a work in progress so anything is subject to change.
