The colour scheme works well, and the anatomy is generally pretty good (the neck and the lower part of the head feel a bit narrow giving her a slightly gaunt and cross-eyed look).  The facial style is nicely realistic, especially the shading of the bridge of the nose and the forehead.

Her pose feels a bit static; consider browsing some of the stock photos around here for some more dynamic and visually interesting postures to give more impact to the viewers.

Overall, nice work, good to see the gradual improvement going on.

Thank you for the critique! Most people just tear it to shreds, but you offered great advice as well as highlighting the positive pieces of the piece. I'm horrible with feet and hands, something I should work on.

In regards to her pose, you're right I should look through stocks to get better ideas of how to capture an insecure stance. You've inspired me again! Thank you!

No worries. I do prefer to mix in a bit of positive with it all - both because it's actually in there, and because it seems a better way to help make you want to improve rather than just wallow.

All the best!

I appreciate that! I truly believe we're students for life, no matter how skilled one believes they are, so I sincerely appreciate the advice
