Description here we finally have the main villain

Donovan is the self proclaimed lord of darkness, he's cunning, conniving and an absolute ham. His plan is to control the elements of nature and rule the earth and before ya'll ask yes he's the one who kidnaps Rainbow but its only a means to lure the miser brothers into a trap. With his staff he wields the power of darkness as well as mind manipulation.

The Miser Brothers belongs to Rankin Bass.
