Jingle's younger sister Belle found him shivering in the snow while she went out looking for him. She has heard it was going to snow much harder soon, and she knew she wouldn't be able to convince him to come back home. She grabbed the blanket she was carrying with her, wrapped him in it, and carefully carried him back inside. She knew he didn't enjoy being home with her parents and older brothers, but he was terribly sick, and she worried that if he stayed out for any longer, he'd freeze. She quickly hid him inside their shared room, and lifted him onto the soft armchair, readjusting the blanket around him.
Jingle had been asleep for a long time, waking up when sunlight beamed through a window onto his face. Blinking awake, he was confused for a second. The bumble usually slept outside, sometimes with a blanket if he remembered to grab one from Belle. He scrambled down and slowly went towards the window, staring at the snow piling up against his window. Hearing noises in the room, Belle opened the door a bit, watching her brother with tears streaming down his face. Her heart panged for the bumble, but she didn't know what to do or say, and she most certainty couldn't get her parents. So she simply watched.
