Omfg it looks amazing............ did you know that in France we got many recipes with melted cheese, for exemple there is the « raclette » which consist of putting melted cheese over hot potatoes, or the « fondue savoyarde » which consist of deeming piece of bread in melted cheese mixed with a tiny bit of white whine, this is the best thing EVER

in yucatan (mexico) we have cohinita pibil wich is basically pork meat buried and cooked underground but they marinate it with sour orange and stuff ;0;
they put that in soft corn tortilla taco and put purple onion sauce wich is made with sour orange and some vinegar
and it has quite some calories and fat but its deliciuous :,00 <3
and we have pib wich is a food we prepare only on dia de muertos in yucatan (hanal pixan)
its made of chicken meat, you cook and prepare corn dough like a pie over banana leaves and put lard and kol and then tomato sauce and the cooked chicken
and then you cover it like a pie with more dough and cover it with more banana leaves and bury it with coal over it to cook
the traditional way says you bury to cook both of these but we always do in an oven xd
i love how most of yucatan traditional food is fat bc it mostly consist on pork meat xd

idk how they prepare them in other parts but the ones i know are pretty easy to do (ofc idk how common media crema and flour tortillas are out there xd but everything else is pretty easy)
