   ♦ The formation of the blades involve a simple biochemical reaction using a Sableye's enzymes (detectable in Xerros' blood) which converts bodily mineral ions into solid crystals.
   ♦ The ions are supplied by an under-armor network, drawing blood from ulnar arteries and radial arteries of the elbow joint; so the user will have to maintain ion homeostasis for maximal fighting condition. (Layman's term: Blood is supplied from his body, and the nutrients inside generates the crystals. So, a balanced nutrition is needed to maintain both his body and fighting condition)
   ♦ The crystal blades are not connected to the body, but fused with the armor; so it can be broken with repetitive use or during fights.
   ♦ The crystal matrix is highly meshed, strong covalent bonds holding each molecule in place and the utilization of carbon molecules (basic molecules that form diamonds) gives it its shine and underlying strength.
   ♦ It can be retracted when not in use, the reverse reaction happening as the ions are returned to the circulation to avoid loss of essential nutrients.
   ♦ Several limitations to the RBGs include a limited length of blade formation. The maximum known limit for optimal strength is 45 centimeters.
   ♦ There is a limit to how many times he can regenerate his blades should they break. It is dependent on how mineral-rich his diet was in the past few days.
♦ If the mechanism on his outer wrist is destroyed, no blades can be formed. As all weapons, damage to his gauntlets will require repair, but it is tedious due to the complicated mechanical, chemical and biological mechanics that are related to the deployment of the weapon. So, in order to avoid this, the RBGs is made more durable than the rest of his armor.

A r m o r:
  ♦ Made of extremely light and flexible kevlar-like material. It enables faster movements and increases mobility.
  ♦ Can protect from heat and cold, but not against very extreme temperatures.
  ♦ Crystals studded over the armor are ornaments and have no specific function, but apparently it loses its luster as Xerros' vitality decreases
  ♦ The crystal over his chest does not equate to his heart, it is merely aesthetic. Destroying it will not kill him.
  ♦ The armor nullifies all Normal-type, Psychic-type and Fighting-type attacks, just like a natural Sableye's attributes.
  ♦ The armor render Poison-type attacks less effective.
  ♦ With the armor worn, it enables Xerros to dissipate in the shadows or dark-ares (aka, to perform Shadow Sneak)

★ Insomniac : He has frequent nightmares that wakes him up in the middle of the night. That, or, he's just too busy stalking everyone via CCTVs with his job that he forgot to sleep |'DDD Kinda why he has those dark rings under his eyes.

★ Intellectual / Intelligent : With a very sharp-mind, he able to decipher and learn things quickly. He spends a lot of time on his own musing and researches that he takes on during his free time, being extremely knowledgeable in many topics. But he does fall flat in terms of applications, especially with human relationships.

★ Perfectionist : He has this down to an art form, to the point of being one of his biggest flaws. His entire quarters is to be clean and spotless, with nothing out of place.

★ Realist : He's pretty down-to-earth and prefers logic over anything else.

★ Calculative : Rival is the kind of person that will not help people unless he has received help from that person. He comes off as cold and selfish, but he is just afraid of being manipulated and used. He also will help if he feels that it is his responsibility or obligation, nothing less, nothing more.

★ Authoritative : Rival thrives on respect and authority, he expects those under him to follow his words and he is will show equal respect back.

★ Geeky / Tech nerd : He is prone to spazzing whenever he sees new electronics, devices, or anything revolving technology. He names all his electrical appliances and cares for them a lot, especially his iPads and Laptops.

★ Clueless : He can be extremely dense, mainly with human-relations. It was never his strong point in the first place

☆Sadist : He likes seeing people in pain and even enjoys laughing at you if you fall flat on your butt. He is indifferent about the Corrupted attacking civilians actually.

☆Free-spirited : Prone to doing things on a whim, Xerros won't listen to anyone except for Rival; albeit, reluctantly.

☆Blunt : He'll just be frank with you and is not afraid to speak his mind

☆Troll : He has a tendency to annoy the blood sht out of everyone with his troll-prankster nature.

☆Eccentric : He's just one strange nut. No one has been able to explain his obsession for socks.

☆Procrastinator : Xerros will delay all his work if given a choice. He's terrible at time management, so Rival helps him out with that.

B i o:

Rival was born to a a single mother in Larousse City, one of the most high-tech cities in the world. After overcoming struggles with his mother, life became better when his mother married his step-father. He was a reserved child, preferring to stick to his own devices than to socialize. In order to get him out of his shell, he was gifted with a Sableye, who would later on be one of his closest friends in his life.

In the span of a few years, Rival's life would have taken a toll for the worst as he would lose his mother to cancer, a disease which until now is still virulent if not treated early. He suffered physical abuse from his drunk step-father, constantly blamed for his mother's death and her inability to have anymore children. Damien, his Sableye would always be his saving grace, helping him through with these traumatic events and even helps him to hide from his step-father on several occasions. From there, he coped himself in his room after classes, trying not to do anything to anger his step-father; closing himself from the world with the company of Damien and his laptop.

With his diligence and desire to escape his situation, he studied hard and managed to land himself both a scholarship and a place in university where he would graduate with a double-degree in both Electrical & Electronic Engineering and Information Technology (IT) Engineering. Rival completely cut off ties with his step-father during his studies; ignoring all his letters, e-mails and attempts to contact him. Soon, he even after he landed his first job in Valor Tech Industries as a graduate.

Years passed; and on the 29th of July 2990, he got a call from a land line, patched through from the hospital. There, he learned about his step-father's long-term struggle to stop his alcoholism and his failure to do so that lead to stroke. Simply put, Rival was baffled on what to do next. His life at that point was ideal to him and he had no intention to reconcile with his step-father. Damien, however knew the only thing to do was to at least get Rival to see him. Scurrying over to Rival's work drawer where he stored scrapped paper, the Sableye dug up those old letters that Rival had received years ago. Rival hesistated at first, but he trusted Damien. It could have been the very last time he will get to settle this. Inside, there were words of apology, words of a man who tried to be a boy's father despite having no blood ties with him. Words of a man who lost his way when his wife died, succumbing to alcohol. Those were words of regret. All this time, while Rival was walling himself from his step-father, he was desperately trying to reach him.

As Rival's trembling fingers lingered over the tear-stained paper, he browsed his e-mail and found the same tone of voice in each typed sentence. With his hands muffling his own sobs of regret, Rival dropped everything and rushed to see his step-father; hoping to at least apologize. He frantically dialed up the hospital again, to check if his step-father was still hanging on and as he was too scatterbrained with the call, he crossed the busy street that led to the hospital and got ran over by incoming traffic.

He remembered what happened next, in that spacious white room. He recalled Damien's cry as he turned into a crystal. He recalled signing his name in blood, the white dissipating to black as the silence broke with the familiar blare of horns. There he was, with his second chance; deer-in-headlights as he was faced with the same car that killed him a few moments ago. But, this time, he felt someone shove him back and felt the collision of the car. Rolling back on the rough tar road, Rival was there, bleeding from multiple cuts. He felt every breath, a sharp searing pain with several of his ribs broken. He was injured, but not dead. The last thing he saw before passing out was a dark figure with a sickly shark-fanged grin dissipating into the shadows, then people whose faces he couldn't recognize, crowding him.

When he awoke, he felt the dark being watch over him from the shadows as doctors spoke medical jargon. An weak cry of a Sableye caught his attention and his gaze fell to the crystal that was on his bedside table. As the doctors left Rival to rest, the being approached him with a sly grin.

"I'm Xerros, your Guardian."

Things were never the same again.

Both Rival and Xerros joined the Crisis Legion after receiving a phone call from Drake Valor, many years later. They've never looked back since.

All necessary information will be uploaded to every summoners' electronic device through an integrated system installed in the facility.
♠ Rival guises as Principle Saa'ban's assistant and secretary in AIF; while, Xerros is part of the security team.
♠ Unable to take coffee or any caffeinated drinks, because it worsens his insomnia. (So, just spike his drink with caffeince pills to KO him xDD)

♠ Rival can't stand the sight/smell of alcohol, to the point where he get nauseous . He also hates everything else with alcohol, even meats cooked with wine.
