One thing I've always tried to work into my Mint Eye Chelsey character is that she mourns the loss of the RFA. But of course, she can't do it overtly in the cult, lest she get cleansed more... So she does it with her clothing. Out of everyone, she grieves over Zen the most (having dyed her hair white to emulate him) and this was the outfit I decided would be the closest to showing her missing him deeply.
