The long forgotten mascot, A-chan returns LMAO

Title inspiration taken from Gintama, "Zura ja nai, Katsura da!!" XD Bloody dA does't allow "!!"s in titles =__=;;

Um, just trying out my new tablet which I got yesterday. Took me 2 whole days drawing, linearting and CGing this. I know, everyone's going to go "You buy a new tablet to CELL SHADE!?!?!??" ...Well, I do plan to TRY soft shade... One day... XD

Okay, I have no idea what happened to Anime Desho Desho (aniblog where A-chan's the mascot XD) I assume it just... died off, I think LOL After doing the first CG of A-chan, me and tsubaki just kind of... lost contact with each other o_o;; I mean we're on each other's MSN lists, but none of us tried to contact each other, so there were no new plans for A-chan XD;;

I do remember before ADD died off, tsu did a poll on which type of seifuku his readers liked the most and I was to draw A-chan in the winning seifuku... God knows which seifuku won but I THINK his favourite was this... Something with a cardigan at least LOL

Um yes I know there's no light source. Um yes I know the shading makes no sense. Um yes I know cardigans aren't that tight. LOL. I had fun doing this and that's enough for me. OH I HATED THE SKIRT THOUGH, god bless those who design skirts like that, I totally failed at it and it took me an hour or so designing, erasing, rinse and repeat =__=;; I did CLANNAD EYES~ Pain in the ass but end result looks good. Had no idea what to do for the background so I splat some brushes around. Forgot where I got it from, credits to brush maker XD;; Yeah the background looks shit.. Spare the creativity-deprived me LOL

I think I might abandon traditional lineart. My digital lineart lacks the quality and distinctiveness of my traditional ones, but it's freakin' easier to do and therefore may motivate me to post more LOL
