Didn't find a base I wanted to do him on..

He's the leader over the Ministry of Magic and he's the youngest xD
He got the title as the magic minister of the last one.
Caliga had to promise the Ministry of Magic to never kill them again. (She used to kill everyone when they tried to decide over her)

Some facts about him:
He's an virgin. (Caliga love's to tease him about it)
Some of the really few ways to piss him of are mentioning Caliga or her skipping meetings and having her in the same room as him.
He's really kind to everyone else than Caliga.
He used to protect Caliga when they went to school. (Yeah, really xD He can sometimes end up protecting her a bit without her knowing.)
Often whistles to calm down.
Often has a hard time not ending up killing Caliga.
Are often found making an strategy of fighting in some wars.
Are really stubborn and almost never changes his mind.
Often sings a song or just hums when he thinks he's alone.
