I was recently informed by that the Nostalfia Critic is coming back! So to honor the ocassion, I have decided to put the Critic in a Death Battle! Enjoy!~~~~~~~~~
Dan: A vastly outspoken civilian who hates everything and rants constantly.
Critic: The reviewer of nostalgic films, the Critic has reviewed good movies and bad, and pointed out the major flaws and plot holes of each.

This battle would be hilarious. As for the winner I'd have to go with the Nostalgia Critic. Sure Dan has a lot of weapons at his disposal but when you can create nuclear explosions simply by getting angry that kind of stuff doesn't matter.

While I do like the nostalgia critic, I'm giving this to Dan. He froze the entirety of a nation, fought off an escaped convict murderer with a weed whacker, and even defeated a demon.

the dance fighter who has gotten revenge on CANADA and a bunch of other crazy stuff with nothing but his wit and improbable predictions, vs the guy with stormtrooper shooting skills.... dan takes this one with no problem!

Hmm.. Dan. Dan is a psychopath. If Critic had as much anger problems as Dan, then he would be out putting feral and rapid animals in Hollywood houses.

I'm going to give this one to Dan and here are a few reasons why.
1: Dan is more volatile than the critic. Bad movies and television shows set the critic off, but everything can set Dan off. I even remember seen he has "pencils that are too sharp" on one of his revenge lists.
2: Dan is most likely smaller than the critic, so he has a low center of gravity and is more scrappy than the critic. Plus it also helps that Dan has no qualms about fighting dirty(biting, nut shots, etc).
3: Dan is more resourceful than the critic. The critic relies too much on that gun of his. Dan can take out entire countries with nothing but an axe and his 1/16th Canadian friend, fashion candy canes into throwing darts, and think about all the stuff he's blown up in the past.

Even so, why are you only reprimanding those of us who post Death Battles? Why not get onto the people who post demotivational posters and memes? If they stay, we stay.

But again, this makes me bring up the point that we who come up with Death Battle ideas are not the only ones breaking this rule. If you want me to take down my stuff, start justifying yourself by going to the demotivational posters and memes and everyone else breaking this rule.

not to start a flame war or anything but what about your icon? isn't it just a photoshop of the simpsons and no country for old men? I see the legitimacy of your point in the difference between fan art and plagarism and (while i enjoy screwattack) it isn't really proper to use DA for works like this. But maybe a new icon would help make your point stick
