So, I know I'm commenting on this pretty late, but I just had to, anyway. Actually, one of the first SLs I did was the Emperor social link. Honestly, Hidetoshi falling for Minako was something that I did not expect at all, until it finally started dropping hints and it smacked me right in the face! (No, really, you should've seen me when I finally completed the SL. I freaked out over Hidetoshi confessing to Minako, and I was just spazzing like a total fangirl.)
Granted, I do love Akihiko x Minako (more than Shinjiro x Minako, actually, but hey, a lot of people seem to have this as their favorite). I liked the concept of Ryoji x Minako, but I guess the game lacked that pizzazz that made me really want to ship it. (Either that, or I need to submerse myself more into the P3 fanfiction world.) Actually, Junpei x Minako would be a pretty close second for me. I mostly see it as a platonic relationship, but if Junpei's SL had a romantic route, I wouldn't have mind going down that route with him.
What disappointed me about P3P was that Hidetoshi's route didn't evolve more from after I finished the SL. I really wanted more, you know? And the fact that you drew this fanart pretty much struck a chord with me because this is how I see Hidetoshi x Minako. But then again, Hidetoshi thinks he doesn't even deserve her. I don't know. I fee like he should've went for it, anyway, and I just loved his SL so much. (Probably loved it as much as Akihiko's.) Perhaps that's why Hidetoshi x Minako is so underrated? I don't know. But my reactions to his SL was so comical. One second we were all bros, then that teacher comes in accusing Hidetoshi about liking Minako, then I go "wtf, naaaaaah, Hidetoshi and Mina-chan are buds, yo," and then later on, Hidetoshi busts out the C-O-N-F-E-S-S-I-O-N, and, well, that's how I freaked out and started spazzing, haha!
Oops, I think I rambled a bit too much. Sorry! I just wanted to share my thoughts! But anyway, I love this fanart, and I hope you do some more Hidetoshi x Minako!

I never once thought of Hidetoshi as creepy. He's a very well-developed character and possibly the best out of all the males, in my opinion. He stays true to his sense of justice, trusts in his morals, but accepts his flaws and does his best to change them. He even went so far as to assume rejection from the female protagonist because he believed himself to be unworthy to stand by her side.

Yeah, you see him like that. Ryoji too is a well developped character. But that doesn't mean I have to like them. He has a strong sense of justice, but I think he is abusing, sometime, of it. But, that is not important. What matter is that I like your drawing
