Here to deliver some constructive criticism on behalf of ProjectComment .
Firstly let me say that overall, I really like this image. It's warm and feels very peaceful. The golden color and even the sun-spots, which are often over-done, look nice here. Your composition is well done, and the focus is crisp. In my opinion, you've successfully captured the feeling of peace in the image.
I see from your EXIF data that your aperture was set at f22 when you took the shot. One thing I would change is widening this (a smaller number). Large aperture numbers are best for landscapes, not so much for intimate scenes like this one. Note how you can see detail in the entire image, especially in the trees at the background. A wider aperture would've softened the background, making the horse's silhouette really pop out.
I notice in another comment you said, "I don't tend to remove things from my photos." As a photographer myself, I'd advise for removing certain things from your pictures. Editing, as long as it isn't overdone, can only make your image better. Some artists feel like photo-shopping something is 'cheating', but I disagree. Film and prints were able to be edited to a degree before the invention of digital cameras, so post-processing isn't 'breaking tradition' or anything like that.
As I said, I really enjoy this image. My advice for you is to consider post-processing as a tool you can use to it's full extent in the future, and to think carefully about how aperture will affect your photo's outcome.

Wow this is gorgeous. The way you captured the horse's silhouette is fantastic, especially since the colors around the horse are more intense/saturated. The spots from the sun are a little distracting, however I have no idea how to get rid of (or diminish) those except for editing the photo in something like photoshop.

Such a warm mood in this photo. I really like how the rays of the sun come over the horse and the horse gets this nice golden edge.

This is stunning. I can see why you've gone on a silhouetting spree; the shape of the trees against the sky, the rays of light streaming from the sun, the horse's dark image etched in a golden outline... it's gorgeous. I don't know much about photography, but what I do know tells me this is excellent.

Thank you very much! I would've liked it to be a little more open to the left as well, but there were some objects there that didn't really fit the photo.

Thank you! I've had mixed comments on the lens flare, I personally like it if it's natural and not photoshopped in, mine is not photoshopped, and in an area that isn't too distracting.

This is a really beautiful piece. I love how the light creates a contour around the horse's silhouette. It is really an awesome shot.
