I believe this because one day me and my aunt was walking home from the city when we heard some dogs whimpering and we walked over to the sound and found 2 little springer spaniel puppies cuddled up together next to a drain. we rushed them back to my aunts and uncle house and fast forward 10 years they still got them ^.^
This is one of the reasons i love kennels in my area cuz when they get a dog in they spade them and make sure that what ever happened to them can never happen again!

AWWW HOW CAN PEOPLE DO THAT!!!! i got a westie right know and a week before we went to get him a show man came in and asked if he could have him since both his perents had won (or came close) cruffs the dog show at lest 2 times. the people tried to get us to stop buying him by raising the price and when we said we still want him they poisoned him!!!!!! we only had him home 2 days when we had to rush him to the vets!
Its all good know but i still dont understand how people could do that!
