My picture today : March 21 : The cormorant is 80 to 100 cm long and has a wingspan of 121 to 149 cm.
The bird is almost entirely black, but with a striking white cheek and a yellow spot at the place of the attachment of the beak.
The beak is long and has a hook-shaped point.
