Description This was my second submission, Lord Raptor. This one obviously didn't make the cut either, but one thing that I'm happy with is that Mr. Jim Zubkavich (Editor of the tribute book) told me:

"Sorry you didn't make it in this time. Your submissions were fun stuff though and carried along quite far in the judging before being cut."

That is something right ? at least I was being considered, and not cut in the first round .

The background was done at the last minute cause I didn't know what to do. I like the lighting from below, makes him look, sinister.
