Over all this picture is quite nice. There are a few anatomy issues here and there, the feet look too flat, there isn't a very distinctive arch in the foot. Her face is a bit too low on her face, her arms are a tad thin and her hands a little small, but you'll improve on all these things in time.
I really like your shading technique. The hair looks lively and silky, something I find hard to do. However, towards the end of the pigtail on the left it looks a little odd when it becomes very thin. Also on the shading, you might want to use more levels, make the darks darker so there is a larger contrast, this can give the image more depth.
