How did you make the triangle pieces on the vest part? That's one of the parts I'm having the worst time trying to figure out how to make ahh.

Well the whole black piece is only 3 pieces-- the two front parts and the one back part. What I did for myself was measure from under my breasts to where I wanted the front parts to end (It's really just a guess-- I mean, whatever you're comfortable with.) after that I measured my side to how far down I wanted the 'vest' (I'm gonna call it that now b y e) to go down on the side-- I think for me it was roughly 7 inches? And after those 7 inches I angled a line down to the bottom point in the front. The same thing happened in the back. Most of it was guess and check with patterning. I'd draw a rough sketch and wrap it around to see if I liked the look. You can easily use wrapping paper for pattern making! If none of this is making sense let me know and I can send you a little doodle of a concept pattern if you like! Best wishes and never give up yo!

very cool love the accuracy and the pose and every thing about this. my only complaint is that from the trailers the character seemed shyer then this pose suggests. still love it tho nice one and as for the description you worry too much ^)_^

Made it all myself. The boots were found at Hot Topic, the base for the tights (purple) were found at Forever 21. The wig was found on eBay, I'd actually had it for a while. Everything else was hand made!

Maybe one day, but not right now. I'm honestly very busy, I am cosplaying all of the mail RWBY girls and any other ones I may find interesting, and I also have to complete my South Dakota cosplay from RvB. Maybe after I get all of it done, I'll be able to! Not right at this moment though, I'm sorry.
