Fluttershy stirred slightly. Under the covers, her hoof brushed against Dash's flank, and the cyan pegasus turned bright red. All she could think of were the events of the night before, and the more she did, the more embarrassed she became. Her rainbow mane was a knotted mess, a trademark of the night before. Suddenly, Fluttershy groaned in pain and turned onto her back. The CMC gasped at her bulging stomach, and before Dash could stop them they had wrenched the covers away.
CMC: OH MY GOD! FLUTTERSHY'S PREGNANT! DASH GOT FLUTTERSHY PREGNANT!
They were so loud that they woke Fluttershy. The timid pegasus yawned, and rubbed her eyes. Her mane was disheveled, and her teal eyes were kind and tired.
Flutters: Hey Dashie.....oh, good morning my angels.
The CMC said nothing. Apple Bloom were dignified enough to take their eyes off fluttershy's sudden bulk, but Scootaloo only stared, her violet eyes wide in disbelief. Fluttershy followed the filly's gaze, and blushed bright pink.
Flutters: Oh...my....
Dash groaned. She had a feeling things were about to get rough.

Unless Fluttershy was pregnant before, she wouldn't have a bulge right away. And I won't comment on the fact that they are both female because I know a fanfic that explains how that can happen quite convincingly.
