"Attorno alla luna c’è mistero, ha affascinato da sempre i popoli della
terra che l’hanno considerata o Dea come Selene, Artemide
per i Greci, Luna e Diana per i Romani o Dio come Sin
per i Mesopotamici, Thoth per gli Egizi, Susanowo per i
Giapponesi, o personaggio fantastico come Isil, la luna degli
Elfi nella mitologia creata da Tolkien.
Nel medioevo, piena, dà l’energia necessaria agli uomini per
trasformarsi in lupi e viene festeggiata dalle streghe come
fonte di potere.
Oggi, a cinquanta anni esatti da quando Neil Amstrong
e Buzz Aldrin hanno camminato sopra la sua superficie
svelandone la realtà concreta, continua comunque ad
affascinarci con il suo perenne e simbolico ciclo di luce e
ombra."

creature like Isil the Elf moon.
In the middle ages it was believed the moon had enough
power to transform man in to werewolves and was worshiped
by witches.
Today after 50 years since Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin
set foot on the moon revealing the hidden reality of this
magnificent celestial body it’s still fascinates us with her eternal
and symbolic game of light and shadow."
