I just loved the way that she CONSTANTLY change her poses and really weird once too. I never saw a character like that before xD. and I wanted to draw a anorexia pony

If I might answer your question.

Fleur de Lis is a popular character because her character is very stylistic. Not only does her character have a body form that is new to the show, the model for said body is similar to the Princesses. If fact, one could argue that Fleur does indeed look like a younger Princess Celestia.

Plus, posing at every opportunity instantly give one the conclusion that she's a supermodel.
